Is there a minimum printing requirement ?

We suggest a minimum of 10 because that’s most cost effective for both of us. We can do less, but it does start to get expensive.

What’s your turnaround time?

It takes 7-10 business days from the time of artwork finalization and/or payment. Need it sooner? If we can, we will but a rush fee may apply.

What files do you accept ?

How much are shirts?

We wish this was an easy question to answer, but every project is different. Fill out our quote form to get started!

Why are you talking about PMS?

No, it’s not that PMS. We’re talking about the Pantone Matching System! It’s the way we ensure the colors we print are the colors you want. We can match your exact Pantone color if you’re into that kind of thing.

Can I stop by to check out print samples or to talk about an order?

Absolutely! And we encourage it. We don’t have a lot of samples on-hand, but if you let us know what you’re looking for we’ll make sure we have something for you to check out.

My shirts look awesome, but I think I’m missing a few.

We always do our very best to get you what you ordered, and even try to throw in a few extras when possible. However, production errors and misprints do occur. Bummer, we know. If you’re expecting exact quantities, it’s never a bad idea to order extras. The industry standard is typically a 3% misprint allowance. If we are short on the order, we’ll gladly refund you the costs of the items you did not get, but cannot reprint the shorted goods unless we are 5% or more short.
